Delivery costs and estimated transit times

Orders are sent by tracked delivery. Your tracking number is provided in the dispatch email.

United Kingdom: £15.00 · estimated transit 3–7 business days.
European Union: £14.99 · estimated transit 3–7 business days.
United States & Canada: £23.99 · estimated transit 5–10 business days.
Other supported destinations: €23.99 · estimated transit 7–15 business days; Asia and Australia: 10–30 business days.

Your delivery address, order and checkout currency determine the final shipping charge, confirmed before payment. Transit estimates exclude dispatch time.

These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. In-stock hats dispatch within a few days.

Returns & Refunds
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving your order. The unwanted
purchase should be posted to us in its original packaging to the below address, with a covering
note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your order ID, email address and name
so we can locate your order and then process any applicable refunds. The cost of returning the
item will be your responsibility.
