Each hat takes approximately two to three weeks to handcraft. This is the making time, rather than the dispatch time for an in-stock hat.
Delivery & returns
In-stock hats are dispatched within a few days. Orders are sent with tracking; your tracking number is included in the dispatch email. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility. Please include your order details with the return.

Care for your piece
Keep woven fibres dry, remove loose dust gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth, and store without crushing the shape. Avoid soaking or machine washing.
